After a month of grass-court tournaments, many players can't wait to come back to the clay as the entry list of the 2022 Kitzbuhel Open which will be played from July 25th until 30th is packed with star names.
Casper Ruud is last year's champion and he will be defending the title also this year. Dominic Thiem will also try to show his craft in front of home fans at the Kitzbuhel Open and he's also one of the two champions on the entry list as he triumphed in 2019.
Except for the two former champions, there are many more clay-court specialists that will try to show their qualities on the red surface. Matteo Berrettini, Gael Monfils, Albert Ramos-Vinolas and Cristian Garin will all try to do that.
Moreover, Roberto Bautista Agut, Oscar Otte, Alejandro Davidovich Fokina and Aslan Karatsev will travel to Austria as well to join the star-studded field.
