Barbora Krejcikova moved up nine spots to number 14 after beating Iga Swiatek at the 2022 Ostrava Open in three sets to claim her second trophy in two weeks.

Iga Swiatek suffered her first loss in a final this year as Barbora Krejcikova broke her streak of 10 straight victories in finals and extended her own impressive run of form. Since having had a bad stretch of form early this year, the Czech player's ranking has been lower than usual. She rose nine spots to number 14 and is now back inside the top 20 for the first time in a few weeks.

Swiatek is comfortably leading in front of Jabeur and Kontaveit at the top, just like last week. Although both of those players were in action the previous week, they did not accomplish anything noteworthy. The rest of the top 10 remained largely unchanged and you can check out all of the rankings on our dedicated rankings page.

The only other change in the top 20 was Ekaterina Alexandrova improving to 20 setting a new career high for herself.
