Titled "Boom! Boom: The World vs. Boris Becker," the doc will finally drop on the streaming platform on April 7th. Directed by Alex Gibney and produced by John Battsek, the documentary aims to be a comprehensive look into the life of the former tennis superstar.

From his early rise to fame as the youngest-ever Wimbledon champion at the age of 17, to his numerous victories and eventual fall from grace, the film promises to leave no stone unturned in its exploration of the man behind the legend.

For fans of tennis and sports documentaries, "Boom! Boom" is sure to be a must-watch. But even those who are unfamiliar with Becker's story are bound to be captivated by the film's examination of the highs and lows of a life lived in the public eye.

With Gibney at the helm, viewers can expect a deep dive into Becker's personal life, including his tumultuous relationships, financial struggles, and eventual bankruptcy. But the film will also shine a light on his incredible achievements on the court, including his six Grand Slam titles and Olympic gold medal.

Mark your calendars for April 7th, and get ready to experience the rise and fall of one of tennis's most iconic players in "Boom! Boom: The World vs. Boris Becker." Speaking during the document's premiere in Berlin, Becker said:

“I’m the last person to complain about my life. I’m 55 years old and I’m very proud of the things that I’ve done. But I’ve made mistakes. It is very difficult to win Wimbledon at age 17. You have to be a bit crazy. Borderline. Crossing the line. Doing things that nobody has done before in order to achieve something nobody has achieved before."

"To have that mindset and live a normal lifestyle is almost impossible. And when the going gets tough I usually get better, I’m not afraid of a tie break, I’m not afraid of a final. But in real life that is a problem sometimes. I’ve paid a heavy price for some of the things I did in my past. Today I’m a bit better for it. Hopefully a bit smarter. Maybe a bit more humble.”
