Rafael Nadal showed off his sportsmanship by conceding a point to Cameron Norrie after he was hit by a ball at the net.
Nadal was playing a very close match against Norrie at the United Cup and at 2-2 and 30-30 in the final set, he found himself on the net. He failed to react on time and hit the ball Norrie sent him and Nadal immediately signalling to the umpire that he was hit by the ball.
He started to walk back to the line as well despite the point still going on and Norrie running towards the ball. Umpire Lichtenstein announced that Nadal conceded the point.
It was a crucial point that ultimately gave Norrie a break point which he converted and used to win the match.
