The Halle Open, which has a long history on the ATP Tour, will be held concurrently with the tournament in Queen's Club from June 13th to 19th, and will feature major players in the draw.

Roger Federer has won the Halle Open a total of ten times, although he will not compete in 2022. The Swiss Maestro competed in Halle last year but fell to Felix Auger-Aliassime, who will compete again this year. Ugo Humbert is the most recent champion, and he is also in the draw, thus he will defend his title.

The first-seeded Daniil Medvedev will kick-off the tournament against David Goffin as he will try to make a good result in the German city. No. 2 in Halle, Stefanos Tsitsipas who will be his biggest challenger for the title, will start against Benjamin Bonzi.

Andrey Rublev, who will be the third-seeded in Halle will take on Nikoloz Basilashvili and no. 4, Felix Auger-Aliassime, who defeated Roger Federer last year, will meet Marcos Giron. Some interesting first-round matchups include the all-Russian meeting between Karen Khachanov and Aslan Karatsev.

Nick Kyrgios, who received a wild-card and is a very solid grass-court player, will meet home player Daniel Atlmaier in the first round. Sebastian Korda and Cristian Garin will form another first-round duo with the winner meeting Pablo Carreno Busta or Holger Rune.
