In 2023, the Monterrey Open will be held for the 15th time and so it prepared also suitable rewards for players in terms of prize money and points offered.

The WTA 250 tournament, which was first held in 2009, will welcome a diverse field of players. Caroline Garcia should be the player leading the way, with the likes of Donna Vekic, Elise Mertens, Tatjana Maria, and Camila Giorgi joining her.

The tournament is held between February 27th and March 5th at the Club Sonoma, in Monterrey, Mexico and it offers a total of $259,303 in prize money and 280 points for the champion of the event.

They will get also $34,228 in addition to those 280 points, while the runner-up will get 180 points and $20,226. Two unlucky semifinalists will both get 110 points and $11,275.

Suitable rewards are ready also for quarterfinalists, as they will get 60 points and $6,418, while players that lose in the second round can expect 30 points to land next to their name in the rankings and $3,920 on their bank account.
