Novak Djokovic promised to explain his injury in detail while he was at the Australian Open but his press conference yesterday did not follow up on that promise.

Djokovic was asked about it after several stories came out about him possibly faking the extent of the injury and he simply put down the questions saying that he doesn't have time to deal with every story that appears on the internet.

I really do not have time, energy or will to deal with every story that appears on the internet, or what someone says about something. I know what is right and what is true.

He did confirm the validity of what Australian Open tournament director Craig Tiley in naming the injury and the extent of it but didn't want to add anything further. It was actually Tiley's words that sparked many of the stories because it seemed very unlikely that Djokovic was able to perform the way he did if it was true.

Djokovic also confirmed that the injury is now healed and that he will play in Dubai though he's not up to 100 %. He estimated his tennis at about 90 %.
