Nick Kyrgios played his best grand slam ever at Wimbledon this year reaching his maiden final and losing to Djokovic in four sets.

It was the best career result for Kyrgios who admitted as much during the post-match trophy ceremony but he also said that he is not hungry for another grand slam title. As with anything that he says, it's never known if he fully means it. It's probably something he said in the moment but the dream of winning Wimbledon will never go away.

It's something he carries from the early days of his childhood and Eurosport tennis analyst Alex Corretja feels like Kyrgios will have a good chance to win at Wimbledon in the future. He could actually see him become the biggest favourite once the big three is gone.

Soon Djokovic won’t be here and Rafa won’t be here, and he [Kyrgios] is probably the one with the best grass-court game. So Nick has a chance in the future to win here, and I am sure he will be motivated. He had a great grass-court season, and I’m sure he will be back and will control his emotions.

Corretja also feels like this Wimbledon was a good thing for Kyrgios overall because it showed him that he's capable of it when he sets his mind to. He's still fairly young at 27 and if he keeps expanding his game and becomes better, there is no reason why he could not win it.

I think he is learning how to be himself, but at the same time, be a good tennis player. In a couple of weeks, he will realise and be pumped to continue growing, and if he becomes a little bit more consistent, he will be super difficult to beat here.
