Rafael Nadal is known primarily for the incredible rotation he's able to produce on the ball with his forehand that he plays with his left hand.

The Spaniard, who has won 22 Grand Slam titles and is considered one of the greatest tennis players of all time, has always played two-handed backhand but sometimes, he experiments like every player on the ATP Tour. He also did that during a recent practice, in which he implemented a one-handed backhand, a trademark shot of his good friend Roger Federer.

This is a departure from his usual style, as he typically only uses a one-handed backhand in rare situations, such as when he is stretched out wide on the court. Despite the change in technique, Nadal still looked in control and hit an impressive shot with his one-handed backhand.

It's clear that even when he's just practicing and having fun, Nadal still has the skill and ability to hit shots that most players can only dream of. It's always interesting to see a player of Nadal's caliber experiment with different shots and techniques.

While it's unlikely that he will make any major changes to his game, it's always fun to see him try something new and show off his impressive skill and versatility on the court.
