It's been quite some time since Roger Federer played at the Wimbledon but he visited the All England Club a few times since then.

In July, the Swiss Maestro returned to the Centre Court despite not competing at the third Grand Slam of the 2022 season as he joined celebrations of 100 years of the centre court. Now, he returned to Wimbledon again as fans already started discussing his potential comeback, which of course, is not really realistic. Back in July, before announcing his retirement, he said:

"I’ve been lucky enough to play a lot of matches here. It feels awkward to be here in a different type of role," Federer said. "This court has given me my biggest wins and my biggest losses. I hope I can come back one more time. I miss being here."

"I didn’t think it would take this long to come back; this year has been rough on me. I didn’t know if I should make the trip, but I’m happy to be standing here today."

On Friday afternoon, when Federer was seen returning to the All England Club after posting pictures on his social media, one of which included Ian Hewitt, chairman of the All England Lawn Tennis Club. The Swiss Maestro travelled with his former coach and very good friend Severin Luthi.
