Rafael Nadal's US Open campaign is going on well however things back at home are not that great as his wife had to visit the hospital.
Nadal and his wife are expecting their first child but a pregnancy scare had her visit a hospital in Mallorca this week. The Spaniard is a very private person and rarely shares anything about his private life opting to live in his native Mallorca far away from the public eye.
He was therefore furious to learn of a video of his wife entering the hospital leaking to the media. Nadal and his family are searching for "guilty parties," as MARCA put it.
The wife of the 22-time Major champion is reportedly no longer in danger and is improving, but she will continue to be hospitalized. Furthermore, it has been revealed that Xisca's medical information was also leaked to the media, with reporters allegedly waiting outside the hospital.
The Nadal family is debating whether they would transfer her to another facility when possible. The leaked reports say that Nadal’s wife will remain in hospital until she reaches 34 weeks as a precaution for observation (3 more weeks).
