It seems that Bernard Tomic rediscovered his love for tennis as the Australian gained some confidence at smaller ITF events.

In 2017, Bernard Tomic started a year as world number 26, but that's where it all went south for the Australian. He ended the year as world no. 140 and despite some efforts to climb back up, this year he found himself as low as on spot number 825.

However, this week, he was one of the biggest movers as he jumped up by 84 places to spot no. 575. Although it isn't probably where former no. 17 would see himself, it seems as a start to what may be a climb back to Top 100.

At M15 event in Cancun, Tomic defeated all opponents without losing a set, even though his highest-ranked opponent was world no. 553, Tristan Mccormick. After his back-to-back triumphs, he left a message for his supporters but also haters on social media.

"Thanks again for the support. F*** the haters, I am gonna prove them wrong," Bernard Tomic posted on his story.
