The draw for the 2023 Montpellier Open Sud de France was released and it promises to be an exciting event with many interesting matchups.

From February 6th to 12th, an ATP 250 event is played at the Arena Montpellier in France. The tournament, which has a long history that dates back to 1987, welcomes a lot of players, who are trying to follow up on good form after the first major of the season or get back to winning ways.

After suffering a painful loss in the fourth round in Melbourne, Holger Rune will want to win his first title of the season at the 2023 Montpellier Open. The young Dane is the first-seeded player at the event, and he will surely face a test early on. He has a bye in the first round, but he will meet Marc-Andrea Huesler or Luca Van Assche in the second round, both young players with a lot of potential.

On the other side of the draw, Jannik Sinner will also want to forget his five-set loss to Stefanos Tsitsipas and focus on the second-round match, which can also be quite a test for the young Italian. He will play against a qualifier or Marton Fucsovics, who certainly knows how to win big matches.

The third-seeded player at the event is Borna Coric, who will await a qualifier or home player, Arthur Rinderknech in the second round. No. 4 in Montpellier, Roberto Bautista Agut, will surely play one of the Frenchmen, as he's set to meet youngster Arthur Fils or veteran Richard Gasquet.

Some of the interesting first-round clashes include the match between defending champion Alexander Bublik and Gregoire Barrere, but also the match between Aslan Karatsev and Filip Krajinovic. Be sure to check the full draw for the 2023 Montpellier Open Sud de France below.
