Wilson Tennis has announced the launch of their latest Pro Staff racquet, the V14, with the help of none other than Roger Federer.

This will be the 14th version of the popular Pro Staff racquet, which was first introduced in 1984 and designed by the late Pierre Babolat, a racquet designer for Wilson Sports. Federer, who is a 20-time Grand Slam winner and retired from professional tennis in September 2022, has been a long-time user of the Pro Staff racquet throughout his career.

In a recent ad for the new racquet, Federer expressed his excitement for the latest version, even though he won't be the one debuting it on the tour. While Federer won't be using the new racquet, Wilson Tennis has promised that it will be seen in the hands of some of the best players on both the ATP and WTA tours in 2023 and beyond. The precision of the Pro Staff racquet has always been at the top of the game, and the new version is no exception, according to Federer.

The Wilson Pro Staff has been a popular racquet for decades, and its latest iteration promises to be no different. Tennis players of all levels will appreciate the precision and control that the Pro Staff provides, making it a go-to choice for many players.

With the help of Roger Federer, Wilson Tennis has launched their latest Pro Staff racquet to the world, and he said:

“Wilson has a new ProStaff coming out the V14 and for the first time in quite some time now I won’t be the one playing or debuting it on the tour which is obviously unfortunate. But you’ll see it in the hands of really some great other players from both the ATP and WTA tour in 2023 and beyond. The precision is still at the absolute top of the game and I know you’ll get as much joy out of the new version as with all the ProStaffs I played to date really.”
