Since the Ukraine War broke out, Iga Swiatek has played with a Ukrainian flag on her hat in solidarity with the people of the country.

That solidarity turned into a charity event hosted by Swiatek which will take place in a few days in Krakow in Poland. She invited some of her friends to attend the event including Ukrainian natives Elina Svitolina and Sergiy Stakhovsky. Svitolina herself won't play in the event because she's pregnant but she will serve as the umpire for a mixed doubles match.

She reminded everyone on Instagram writing:

"Only several days until the exhibition match in TAURON Arena Krakow organised by Iga Swiatek and her team. Iga has invited me to umpire a match of mixed doubles between Iga, Agnieszka Radwanska, Sergiy Stakhovksy and Martyn Pawelski. There is also one set of singles between Iga and Agnieszka ahead of us."

Svitolina added:

"I would like to thank Iga, her team and each partner and sponsors who have been intensively working on this event for weeks. Thanks to them we will meet in TAURON Arena Krakow on the 23rd of July."
