Novak Djokovic will play for Team Serbia at the 2022 Davis Cup in Valencia from September 13th till the 18th.

Djokovic always took great pride in representing Serbia internationally and he'll do so again this year. He was also part of the Davis Cup team last year but he was unable to carry them by himself as neither of his teammates were able to score any wins. This year the situation looks a bit better with Kecmanovic having a pretty solid year and Krajinovic doing some work as well.

The full team that was called up consisted of Djokovic, Kecmanovic, Krajinovic, Lajovic and Djere with Team Captain being former player Viktor Troicki. The Serbian team will play in Valencia in a group consisting of Spain, South Korea and Canada with the winner of the group continuing to the final tournament to be held in Madrid.

Spain also published their team and it doesn't feature Nadal but still plenty of talent there with Alcaraz, Pablo Carreno Busta, Roberto Bautista Agut, Alejandro Davidovich Fokina and Marcel Granollers. Canada and South Korea have not published their teams yet.
