The 2023 Halle Open, an ATP 500 competition held in the heart of Germany, will bring the players together from June 19th to 25th.
Roger Federer used to rule this tournament, winning 10 times between 2003 and 2019. However, Ugo Humbert and Hubert Hurkacz, who will be the defending champion in 2023, won the Halle Open, also known as the Terra Wortmann Open, in the previous two years.
The Pole will attend the competition and make an attempt to defend his championship, but he will face a strong field of opponents. Daniil Medvedev, who is in excellent form and is the player with the highest seeding at the competition, will be one of them.
But the list doesn't end there. Casper Ruud, Andrey Rublev, Jannik Sinner, and Felix Auger-Aliassime will all want to showcase their qualities on the grass-courts and they all should be seeded at the 2023 Halle Open.
Fans will particularly like seeing Nick Kyrgios back on the court. The Australian returns to the action in an effort to be ready for the 2023 Wimbledon Championships, when he will compete as the reigning champion and try to stun everyone once more.
Alexander Zverev will compete in the 2023 Halle Open as one of the home participants. He recently lost the top rank in Germany for the first time in seven years, but he's already working hard to get back in peak condition.
One of the wild card recipients is Dominic Thiem, and Borna Coric and Karen Khachanov are also on the entry list. Be sure to check below to view the complete entry list for the 2023 Halle Open.
