The 2023 Wimbledon Championships are right around the corner and the WTA entry list is already known.

From July 3rd to 16th the oldest tournament in the world will be played in the All England Club. The field will be as competitive as ever as the world will witness Elena Rybakina defend her title after an incredible triumph in 2022.

The Kazakh defeated Ons Jabeur in the final and both players will be back on the grass courts in London. But one player that will want to prove her grass-court qualities is the world no. 1, Iga Swiatek, who will enter the event as the top seed.

But she will be followed closely by Aryna Sabalenka, who is the current leader of the 2023 WTA Race. Other notable names include Jessica Pegula, Caroline Garcia, Coco Gauff, Maria Sakkari, and one of the former champions Petra Kvitova.

The 2023 tournament will see the return of Russian and Belarusian players who were absent in 2022 due to a ban. This means that players like Victoria Azarenka, Daria Kasatkina, Veronika Kudermetova, and Liudmila Samsonova will be back in action at Wimbledon this year.
