Aljaz Bedene and Fabio Fognini had some words to exchange after the Italian beat the Slovene in the first round of Hamburg.
The root of the problem between the two happened a bit earlier in the tiebreak when Bedene accused Fognini of showing the wrong mark to win a point. Bedene was convinced his serve hit the line however Fognini pointed to a different mark with the umpire Aurelie Tourt siding with Fognini. Bedene protested the call explaining he thought it was in however the decision was made.
Following the match, Bedene could not resist accusing Fognini of showing the wrong. Fognini obviously did not like it so they elected to talk it out and even went back to the court to show each other why the other is wrong. Eventually, though things settled as they continue talking it over for a good two minutes with umpire Tour observing the situation. Check it out below.
