2023 Geneva Open ATP Draw with Zverev, Ruud, Fritz & more

| by Zachary Wimer

The 2023 Geneva Open will be played from May 21st to 27th as one of the last two ATP 250 events before the second major of the season.

While some players prefer to hit the practice courts, others want to fine-tune their form with competitive matches, and that's the reason why the 2023 Geneva Open offers a really star-studded draw that will compete for their share of the prize money and points.

Casper Ruud is a two-time defending champion and the Norwegian will play also in 2023. As top four seeds receive a bye, he will start against the winner of the match between Hugo Dellien and J.J. Wolf.

Alexander Zverev accepted a wild card for the event, and he will be a third seed in the Swiss city. Attempting to improve his form ahead of the Roland Garros, where he defends the last year's semifinal, the German will play against a tricky opponent in the second round as he'll meet either Benoit Paire or Christopher Eubanks.

Taylor Fritz is the second-seeded player at the 2023 Geneva Open, and the American player is still trying to find his footing on the clay courts. He had some relative success on the red dirt this year, but he will want to take it one step further in Switzerland as he'll clash with Alexander Bublik or Marcos Giron.

Another wild card recipient, Grigor Dimitrov, is the fourth seed. The Bulgarian will start against either a qualifier or Roberto Carballes Baena from Spain. The draw includes many interesting matchups and so be sure to check it out below.
