Nick Kyrgios recently played his first Grand Slam final at the 2022 Wimbledon against Novak Djokovic and it seems that the Australian is really impressed by the level it takes to win a Grand Slam title.

Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer have won a total of 63 Grand Slam titles together and many times they showed that it takes much more than just to be a great tennis player to succeed at a Grand Slam tournament. Now, also Nick Kyrgios knows that and he seems to acknowledge and praise it quite proudly.

In a recent interview, the Australian spoke about the level it takes to win a Grand Slam title and the Big Three, when he said:

"You just have to be a mental animal to win a Grand Slam. Novak, Federer, and Nadal, I think I give them a bit more respect now. Playing one of them in the final, felt like he was fresh, felt like he wasn't playing tennis for the last two weeks and never seemed rattled."

Since the relationship of the 21-time Grand Slam champion and the 2022 Wimbledon finalist improved, the Australian is not shy of joking around Djokovic and he showed it under one of his recent posts which showed the Serbian practicing capoeira.

"If you're telling me this is what it takes to win a slam, then I’m in trouble," Kyrgios wrote.
