The 2023 was a good season, but 2024 is shaping up to be even better, with several players coming out with bold predictions, including Carlos Alcaraz.

He's one of the most accomplished players ever, so that in itself is not unusual, but it didn't go unnoticed. Djokovic said in Turin that he could see himself completing the Golden Calendar Slam, which would be winning all four of the Grand Slams, including the gold medal at the Olympics.

We see you, Carlos, but on a more serious note, it does present a very important year for Alcaraz. He's now had two full years among the best, he exorcised a huge burden when he won Wimbledon, and now it's about becoming that dominant force in tennis many think he can be.
The ambition is clearly there, and he's not the only one. Holger Rune and Jannik Sinner are looking like big threats as well, on top of the usual suspects like Daniil Medvedev, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Andrey Rublev, and many more.
