WATCH: Alcaraz Plays Ridiculous Tweener Volley During Practice With Djokovic

Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic practiced together at the 2023 ATP Finals, and the 20-year-old seems to be in top form, showcasing a crazy tweener.

Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic have made a habit of practicing together. The Spaniard was recently asked whether he's afraid to do that because it could give Djokovic more insights into his game, and he said that he wasn't.

To be completely fair, the 36-year-old has played enough against the Spaniard to know what he brings to the table, so he doesn't really need more time on the court with him.

Still, any added time on the court certainly benefits him because he might see some new thing to exploit. As a dedicated student of the game, even so many years into his career, Djokovic will appreciate any help he can get.

In any case, the two practiced in Turin together, and we got some footage from the practice. Alcaraz looks very swift around the court, which is good to see because he missed a few events due to injuries.

It seems like he's over that now, so that's good news for all tennis fans, especially since he delivered a really crazy tweener against Djokovic in practice. Now, he didn't win the point in the end, but it showed both players enjoying the practice, and that's good to see.

Djokovic arrived in Turin with a winning streak after the Paris run, and Alcaraz is one of the few players who are expected to challenge him seriously. We'll see what happens because last year, no player was able to beat Djokovic.

We haven't seen them play since Alcaraz beat him in the Wimbledon final, so the Serbian is likely very motivated to face the Spaniard. Alcaraz needs no hyping up for that kind of matchup, so it should be a good one.
