The 2023 Laver Cup will be played from September 22nd until 24th and this time it will be played in the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada.

After the previous five events which took part in Prague, Chicago, Geneva, Boston, and London the Laver Cup will move to Vancouver and offer a great entry list once again full of ATP stars ready to fight for yet another championship after Roger Federer's retirement last year.

In the previous five editions of the tournament, Team Europe defeated Team World on four occassions, but the last Laver Cup was won by Team World, coached by captain John McEnroe. It was a first loss for Bjorn Borg as Team Europe's captain and he will want to make sure it doesn't happen back-to-back as Team World will have an advantage of the home soil in Vancouver.

Since this year's event is held in Canada, it's not a surprise that Felix Auger-Aliassime will be attending the prestigious exhibition, as he was the first player announced. Soon after that, two of his teammates were announced too.

Frances Tiafoe and Taylor Fritz are no strangers to the Laver Cup and they will make yet another appearance in 2023, trying to repeat the previous success that the team had last year.

But Team Europe, led by Bjorn Borg will do everything possible to stop their big rivals. The first two announced players for Team Europe were Stefanos Tsitsipas and Andrey Rublev, both Top 10 members known for their powerful game.

Later on, the third member of Team Europe was announced too, but this time a debutant at the event. Holger Rune will play too in Vancouver, as the third player known for Team Europe. The rest of the line-ups are yet to be known, but one thing is sure and that's the absence of former world no. 1 Daniil Medvedev, who chose an ATP 250 tournament in China that is played at the same time.

Both teams had a few more members to add and so the captain Bjorn Borg came with another announcement, this time adding a three-time Grand Slam finalist, Casper Ruud, to the Team Europe's line-up.

Only about a month before the tournament was supposed to start, the last additions were announced. Hubert Hurkacz and Gael Monfils joined Team Europe, while Tommy Paul, Francisco Cerundolo, and Ben Shelton joined Team World.
