The 2023 Poland Open, which will be played in Warsaw, offers $259,303 in prize money at the WTA 250 event played from July 24th to 30th.

Polish fans will get a unique chance to see their best player once again. Iga Swiatek will be the main star at the 2023 Poland Open in Warsaw, and thanks to how this year's Wimbledon unfolded, she will arrive in the Polish capital with the status of the World No. 1.

The tournament in Warsaw if one of the youngest on the WTA Tour, as it was founded just in 2021. Moreover, the first edition was held in Gdynia, so fans in Warsaw will get a chance to see the best players only for the second consecutive year.

In 2022, Iga Swiatek couldn't get the home fans what they wanted as she was beaten by Caroline Garcia who later won the tournament, but this time, the French player won't compete at the tournament.

Yet, the entry list for the 2023 Poland Open in Warsaw includes names such as Marie Bouzkova, Marketa Vondrousova, Linda Fruhvirtova, but also Karolina Muchova, who accepted a wild card and completes a strong Czech field at the event.

As the vast majority of the WTA 250 tournaments, the 2023 Poland Open also offers $259,303 in prize money, with the champion taking $34,228 as their share along with very valuable 280 WTA ranking points.

The runner-up will get 180 points and $20,226, while those that end in the semifinal stages will be rewarded with 110 points and $11,275. The distribution starts with 1 point for the first-round exit along with $2,804.
