The 2023 Cincinnati Masters will be held from August 13th to 20th, and it will offer nearly $10 million in prize money.

Similarly to the ATP & WTA 1000 event held in Canada the week before, the 2023 Cincinnati Masters, also called the Western & Southern Open, will offer $6,600,000 in prize money in the men's competition and $2,788,468 in the women's event.

The entry lists for both tournaments are almost identical, and once again, a great week of action is expected at the Lindner Family Tennis Center, with the event starting another edition, after being founded 124 years ago back in 1899.

The ATP entry list includes the names of the two biggest stars on the ATP Tour, Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic, but also the names of many challengers for the title in Casper Ruud, Holger Rune, Daniil Medvedev, Jannik Sinner, but also home players such as Frances Tiafoe and Taylor Fritz.

On the WTA entry list, the list of players that could win the title is also very long. The WTA's forming 'Big Three', Iga Swiatek, Aryna Sabalenka, and Elena Rybakina will be the biggest favourites, but Ons Jabeur, Coco Gauff, and Jessica Pegula will all try to stop their dominance.

They will all have the same motivation and that's $454,500 for the winner and 900 WTA points. On the other hand, men will be awarded 1000 ATP points and $1,019,335 for the triumph at the 2023 Cincinnati Masters.

The runner-up in the men's competition will get 600 points and $556,630, while the women's finalist will go home with 585 points, $267,690 in prize money, and a nice runner-up trophy that will be added to the collection.

Semifinalists at the 2023 Western & Southern Open will get 360 points in the ATP tournament and $304,375, while the WTA event offers 350 points and $138,000. To see the full prize money and points distribution for the 2023 Cincinnati Masters, be sure to check it out below.
