Former champion Elena Rybakina is near to making another final in London, with only Barbora Krejcikova standing in her way.
The Kazakhstani player won the Wimbledon Championships in 2022, this year, she's on a quest to win the title again. She's the highest-ranked player remaining in the draw, and also the only player that made it at least to the semi-finals at SW19 before.
As a great grass player, Rybakina has once again put together some impressive showings to make her way to the semi-final. Wins like the one over Elina Svitolina certainly cement her as the biggest favorite because she's the top-ranked player left in the draw.
Krejcikova's appearance in the semi-final is a big surprise because it came out of nowhere. She's a good player and has won a Grand Slam before but hasn't played many matches this year.
However, she's been playing weel when she did play, especially this week, beating the likes of Jelena Ostapenko and Danielle Collins on her way to the last four.

The two have played only twice, but both matches were played a while ago. Krejcikova won both matches, but they were close three-set matches, so it's been a tight matchup in the past.
Rybakina has a better record on grass because she played more matches on it, but the Czech player is not bad on the surface, either. She has the game for it, with a decent serve and really solid hitting.
It's still a match that will likely fall on Rybakina's racket. If she plays her best tennis, then she will likely win. If she doesn't play her best tennis, she might lose because it has happened in the past.

Overall, though, Rybakina is the better player and should win this match, as well as the tournament. She's never really looked troubled this week, and she's won in London before.
