Fans of
WTA world No. 1
Aryna Sabalenka received a welcome surprise when she announced the creation of her YouTube channel and first vlog.
Sabalenka is known for being one of the most personable players in the game. She regularly communicates with her fans and releases entertaining content on social media that attracts a lot of engagement.
That includes doing TikTok videos with her most significant rivals.
At the 2024 WTA Finals, she and Iga Swiatek, who were locked in a battle for the year-end No. 1 ranking at the event, did a TikTok together.
Sabalenka and Coco Gauff did a TikTok dance together before the 2025
Wimbledon Championships began. That demonstrated there was no bad blood between the pair after Sabalenka's controversial comments about the American after losing to her in the 2025 French Open final.
The connection between the three-time Grand Slam champion and her fans has been cranked up a level after Sabalenka launched a YouTube channel and released a vlog containing details from her first week at Wimbledon.
That vlog can be watched below. Sabalenka and her team rented a house for the iconic tournament instead of being at the heart of the action, something many other players also do to give them a chance to unwind between matches.
The camaraderie between Sabalenka and her team is evident from the footage taken in the house. During that section of the vlog, her coach Anton Dubrov and boyfriend Georgios Frangulis appear.
Chapter 2 of the vlog is a section about Sabalenka's practice session with Novak Djokovic. That practice attracted a lot of attention at the time because the Serbian was filmed talking to the WTA world No. 1 for about 30 minutes and offering advice.
The footage in Sabalenka's vlog of the pair included them completing a challenge to see who could hit a tube of tennis balls on their opponent's side first. She overcame the eventual men's singles champion
Jannik Sinner in the same challenge at Wimbledon.
By contrast, Djokovic defeated Sabalenka. The duo agreed that whoever lost would prepare an acai for the other, something the two-time Australian winner did in the vlog.
The final section of the vlog was about Sabalenka's preparations and appearance at an IM8 event. It included her mentioning how much she likes being glamorous, unsurprisingly from someone who is very passionate about fashion.
Sabalenka's vlog series is titled 'Aryna's Arena.' It promises to give an honest and intimate view into her life as one of the biggest athletes in the world, including the emotional highs and lows she experiences.
Despite there only being one episode so far, the series could be some of the most interesting tennis content released in recent years, especially since Sabalenka wears her heart on her sleeve and does not shy away from being honest.
Sinner also started a YouTube channel this year, starting with a vlog about his 2025 Australian Open triumph. Since then, the ATP world No. 1 has only released two shorter videos, and it is uncertain how often the channel will be updated.
