The 2023 Mexican Open in Acapulco will mark its 30th anniversary and it's reflected also in the prize money and points distribution for players.

Over $2 million will be distributed in prize money at the ATP 500 event in Acapulco, which runs from February 27th until March 4th. The 2023 Mexican Open is played at the Arena GNP Seguros and it managed to attract a very young field of upcoming stars.

The likes of Carlos Alcaraz, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Casper Ruud, Taylor Fritz, and Holger Rune will all fight for their share of $2 million as well as 500 points for the champion. Except for valuable points for the ATP Rankings, the winner gets also $376,620 in prize money.

The runner-up in Acapulco will get $202,640 and 300 points while the two defeated semifinalists will receive $108,000 and 180 points each.

The prize money distribution starts in the 1st round with $15,710, while no points are awarded for the first-round loss. On the other hand, for losing in the second round, players get already 45 points as well as $29,455. Check the full prize money and points distribution below.
