The Paris Masters is traditionally the last ATP 1000 event of the year and it will be no different in 2022 as the tournament's entry list features best of the best.

This year, the 2022 Paris Masters is held from October 31st through November 6th and the event offers 1000 points for the champion and more than 5 million euros in prize money. Last year, Novak Djokovic defeated Daniil Medvedev in the final and both players are expected to compete again.

Previously, likes of Novak Djokovic, Daniil Medvedev, Roger Federer, Andy Murray and Karen Khachanov lifted trophy in Paris, but there is one man, who misses a title from the Paris Masters. Despite winning in the French capital 14 times, Rafael Nadal always triumphed at the Roland Garros and so in 2022, he will again challenge for the title at the final ATP 1000 event of the year.

Carlos Alcaraz leads the entry list as the 19-years-old Spaniard can finish the year as world number 1. Despite a lot of favourites like Novak Djokovic, Daniil Medvedev and Stefanos Tsitsipas, there will be also a lot of players that are not set to be seeded but can wreck a havoc in the draw.

2022 Wimbledon finalist, Nick Kyrgios is expected to compete in Paris too as he will prepare for the 2022 ATP Finals, where he should play in doubles. This year's US Open semifinalist, Frances Tiafoe is also among participants as the event will be attended by almost everyone from Top 40.
