2024 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix Stuttgart WTA Draw With Swiatek, Sabalenka, Gauff & More

The draw for the 2024 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix is out as Iga Swiatek will defend the title at the WTA 500 tournament.

Swiatek was unstoppable in Stuttgart last year, and the same applied also the year before, so in 2024, she returns to the tournament as a two-time defending champion.

She will be also the top seed at the tournament, starting against the winner of the match between home player Tatjana Maria and Elise Mertens from Belgium in the second round, after getting a first-round bye.

On the other side of the draw is her rival, Aryna Sabalenka, who pretended to smash Swiatek's Porsche last year, as that's a prize for the champion alongside the prize money and points awarded.

This year, the Belarusian is the second seed, and the draw wasn't nice to her, as in the second round of the tournament, she will play against either a qualifier or Paula Badosa, who is her good friend, and the two played only recently in Miami.

Coco Gauff will also compete at the WTA 500 event, but she doesn't know her first opponent yet, since, like all top four seeds, she has a first-round bye, and in the second round, she will play against one of the qualifiers.

Elena Rybakina is the fourth seed at the tournament, and the Kazakhstani player will also have a difficult start to the event, playing against either Veronika Kudermetova or former Roland Garros champion, Barbora Krejcikova.

Emma Raducanu received a wild card for the tournament, and in the first round, she will start against another wild card, home player Angelique Kerber.
