Rafael Nada held a press conference on Mallorca where he confirmed that he will play at Wimbledon with preparation starting on Monday.

Toni Nadal hinted at Nadal probably palying Wimbledon earlier this week by admitting that he thinks that Nadal will play. It seems it was more than just an opinion as his nephew confirmed today in Mallorca that he will play at Wimbledon. The treatment underwent in Barcelona was satisfactory according to Nadal who is feel less pain in his foot.

What was done in Barcelona (medical treatment for the foot) is not a 100% immediate thing, but changes are noticeable, I have noticed them, strange sensations, my joint pain has decreased. My intention is to play Wimbledon, travel to London on Monday.

As noted above, Nadal will fly to London on Monday to officially begin his preparation. It's unclear whether he will undergo another treatment in Barcelona as it was rumoured he might do another one. Probably not with the timeline but a positive development for Nadal who won't play any warm-up events. Overall Nadal had two treatments done and he underline the need to be patient after not playing on grass for three years.
