Without a reigning champion, the 2022 Swiss Indoors in Basel will take place from October 24 to October 30 in St. Jakobshalle for the first time since 2019 with an astonishing amount of prize money and points on offer.
Roger Federer, the current champion, has won the Swiss Indoors in Basel a total of ten times since 2006. The Swiss Maestro, on the other hand, isn't listed as a participant in this year's competition because he finished his career at the 2022 Laver Cup alongside his close buddy Rafael Nadal.
World number one, Carlos Alcaraz will be the top-seeded player at the 2022 Swiss Indoors in Basel and he will be also the biggest favourite to win the top prize of 500 points and 399,320€.
