After parting ways with Partick Mouratoglou earlier this year, Serena Williams found her coach for the 2022 US Open, her farewell tournament.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion will end her career at the 2022 US Open and it won't be without a coach for Serena Williams. For a long time, the American was coached by Patrick Mouratoglou, who is currently working with Simona Halep.

At the Wimbledon, Serena Williams worked with her sister's coach, Eric Hechtman and for the last Grand Slam of the season, she teamed up with former doubles world number one, Rennae Stubbs.

Stubbs previously coached players like Karolina Pliskova, Samantha Stosur and Eugenie Bouchard and will try to lead Williams to the trophy in the Flushing Meadows.

Instead of hitting with a hitting partner, Serena Williams played a practice set against Maria Sakkari during one of her practices and so different approach can be observed early on.
