The 2022 WTA Finals in Fort Worth, Texas, will bring together the eight best WTA singles players and eight best doubles teams from October 31 through November 7.

Following the suspension of the events in China, it was decided to move the 2022 WTA Finals to Fort Worth's Dickies Arena so that competitors wouldn't have to travel far from the year's last WTA 1000 tournament in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Iga Swiatek, Coco Gauff, and Ons Jabeur all earned spots in the year-end competition, where they will compete for $1,680,000 in prize money for an unbeaten winner. A player will receive a total of 1500 points if she wins all three of his round-robin games in addition to the semifinal and championship matchups.

Jessica Pegula, Caroline Garcia, Daria Kasatkina, Aryna Sabalenka and Maria Sakkari will also compete in Fort Worth as they will receive 125 points for each match played in the round-robin stage, plus an additional 125 points for winning. Additionally, they receive $110,000 for each triumph.

330 points and $420,000 will be awarded to the two semifinalists that win, and the two finalists will compete for an additional 420 points and $820,000.
