2026 Hong Kong Open ATP Draw with Rublev, Musetti, Bublik & more

The 2026 Hong Kong Open will be the second of two ATP 250 events held in the opening week of the new season, with the draw already public.

The Hong Kong Open is one of the older events on the ATP Tour. The likes of Andre Agassi, Pete Sampras, and Rod Laver have lifted the trophy in Hong Kong over the years. Juan Carlos Ferrero, who recently parted ways with Carlos Alcaraz, is also among the Hong Kong Open champions.

The event returned to the calendar in 2024, with Andrey Rublev and Alexandre Muller winning the two events at the Victoria Park Centre Court since then. In 2026, they will both attempt to lift their second trophy in Hong Kong.

Defending champion Muller is the seventh seed at the event, which will run from January 5th to 11th in 2026. He will take on Miomir Kecmanovic in the first round of the tournament. The Frenchman isn't among the top four seeds who have a first-round bye, so he will have to start with a first-round match.

Andrey Rublev, on the other hand, is the third seed, which means he will avoid a first-round match. However, his first match at the event could prove a real challenge, as he will play the winner of the Wu Yibing-Fabian Marozsan match. Both are talented players capable of an upset.

Lorenzo Musetti is the top seed in Hong Kong. The Italian player will want to start the 2026 season with a title win, but some players will want to stop him. Tomas Martin Etcheverry or Valentin Royer will be Musetti's first opponent in the second round.

Alexander Bublik enjoyed the best season of his tennis career in 2025. He will want to follow up on that in 2026, and Hong Kong will be the first place where he could win a title. As the second seed, Bublik also has a first-round bye. He will open against Botic van de Zandschulp or a qualifier.

There are other players in the Hong Kong Open draw who could also win a title. Karen Khachanov is the fourth seed, and his draw has been favorable. The Russian player will start against one of the qualifiers. He could play against defending champion Muller in the quarter-finals.
