The 2024 Dallas Open is right around the corner, running from February 5th to 11th, and the draw for the ATP 250 tournament was released.
More than a month before the Sunshine Double, players will start playing on the hard courts in the United States, and it doesn't come as a surprise that many American players will compete at the event, and there are many that need to improve their form.
Frances Tiafoe lost early at the Australian Open. As the top seed in Dallas, he will be looking to improve his form. Still, the draw wasn't really nice to him, as he'll be playing against the winner of the match between a qualifier and Alex Michelsen, who is one of the most talented American youngsters, in the second round.
On the other side of the draw is the second-seeded Tommy Paul, who will start also in the second round as one of the top four seeds, and his opponent will be the better of Taro Daniel and Constant Lestienne.
Ben Shelton didn't match his last year's quarterfinal run at the Australian Open this year, but he will undoubtedly be one of the favorites in Dallas. Still, there seem to be no easy second rounds at this ATP 250 event, as he'll meet either Michael Mmoh or a qualifier.
The player who beat him in Melbourne, Adrian Mannarino, is the fourth seed in Dallas, and the French player will await the winner of the first-round meeting between Pedro Martinez and Yoshihito Nishioka. To see the full draw for the 2024 Dallas Open, be sure to check it below.
