The inaugural United Cup will take place at the start of the 2023 season, and its entry list is already known with some of the brightest stars from the ATP & WTA Tours.

Some of the world's top athletes will compete in the United Cup, a mixed tournament, from December 29th through January 8th in Brisbane, Perth, and Sydney.

The United Cup offers up to 500 ATP & WTA Rankings points and $15 million in prize money. The first 16 participating countries are known, with two more joining later on.

Every country will try to bring their best, and that's why we'll see some star-studded matchups at the 2023 United Cup. Greece is the top-seeded country, with Stefanos Tsitsipas and Maria Sakkari both taking part.

Poland, led by WTA no. 1 Iga Swiatek and Hubert Hurkacz, are second-seeded, with the US team being no. 3. Jessica Pegula, Frances Tiafoe, and Taylor Fritz will all compete at the United Cup, representing the American team.

Spain is the fourth-seeded country with the 22-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal and his compatriot Paula Badosa. Matteo Berrettini will lead the Italian team, while recent WTA Finals champion Caroline Garcia will be the highest-ranked French player.

Australia will rely on Nick Kyrgios, and Croatia will also take part with strong duo Borna Coric and Petra Martic. Switzerland will count on the experience of Stan Wawrinka and Belinda Bencic, while Alexander Zverev is set to lead the German team.

While the entry list includes many players that are ranked high, and you can see it fully below, it also misses some players, such as ATP no. 1 Carlos Alcaraz, the 21-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic, two-time Grand Slam finalist Ons Jabeur and recently suspended Romanian star Simona Halep.

Russian and Belarusian players won't compete, so Daniil Medvedev, Aryna Sabalenka, Daria Kasatkina, and Andrey Rublev are also not present on the 2023 United Cup entry list.
