From June 12th to 18th, the first ATP & WTA grass-court tournament will be played in 's-Hertogenbosch at the 2023 Libema Open.

Due to welcoming players from both Tours, the Libema Open is always one of the interesting events during the grass-court swing, and it also offers prize money and points, which are one of the motivating factors for players.

Traditionally, the tournament, which is often referred to as the Rosmalen Grass Court Championships, will be played at Autotron Rosmalen, and in prize money, it will offer a total of 673,630€ for the men's competition and $259,303 in total for women.

Last year, home sensation Tim van Ritjthoven won the ATP title, while Ekaterina Alexandrova triumphed among women. But the 2023 event will be about a different storyline, and not one, but two comeback stories.

One of those is Venus Williams, who is coming back after being away since January, but another one is even more interesting. Milos Raonic returns to competition after almost 2 years and they will both fight for their share of prize money, but even more importantly, points to climb up the rankings.

But the list of players competing at both events is quite interesting. Last year's champion Daniil Medvedev will compete in the ATP event, along with wild card recipient Jannik Sinner and many more, while Venus Williams will be joined by the likes of Bianca Andreescu and Paula Badosa.

The champion of the ATP tournament will be awarded 250 points and 102,460€, while the women's champion will get slightly more in terms of points, 280, and less in prize money, $34,228, a disparity often discussed by players.

For reaching the final, men will get 150 points and 59,760€, while WTA players will be rewarded with 180 points and $20,226. While the distribution starts with 1 points and $2,804 for a first-round loss for women, the ATP players don't get any points, but 7,225€ for a first-round exit.

The distribution of the prize money and points for the 2023 Libema Open in 's-Hertogenbosch is really complex due to its unique nature, and to see the full overview for the both ATP & WTA tournaments, be sure to check it out below.
