Iga Swiatek and Ben Shelton have become the latest professional tennis stars to sign brand deals with Swiss company On.

Women's world number one Swiatek and 20-year-old men's player Shelton will wear head-to-toe On items on court as part of the new deals. The pair will also wear On's tennis clothing at the upcoming Miami Open.

Swiatek will also become the first female player to be sponsored by the expanding company - an honour which the Polish star is certainly looking forward to.

"I’m very excited to be the first female player to join with On. And truly thrilled how On's Lightning innovation team works and adapts technologies to meet the demands of athletes, supporting their careers”

At the Miami Open, Swiatek and Shelton will showcase On's new collection made for tennis professionals. The move follows the sponsorship success of Roger Federer before his retirement in 2022.

In addition, the sports brand has worked with Swiatek and Shelton to develop specific clothing and footwear for the players that suit their styles of play. The approach is one that Swiatek in particular is passionate about moving forward.

"It has been very inspirational for me to develop my ideas and needs with them, working on my current and future gear. On’s core values are what connect me with the company. I look forward to growing with the brand and setting an example for other players who aim to be the best.”

20-time Grand Slam winner Federer has also been an investor in the On company since 2019. He explained why Swiatek and Shelton will fit perfectly into the company's vision.

"Iga and Ben represent the next generation of world-class talent. Both players demonstrate On's competitive spirit and embody current and future champions of the sport. We are pleased to welcome them to the On family."
