Despite a few events being played on the WTA Tour, the rankings didn't feature many changes, with Iga Swiatek staying top.
Swiatek played tennis last week, but it was a charity match for Ukraine that raised over 400,000 Euros for the war victims. Despite not playing competitively, she is still comfortably in the lead in the WTA rankings, thanks to her dominant season so far.
The Pole leads with 8336 points and a massive margin towards the player behind her, as her closest competitor is Anett Kontaveit, who is in a fierce fight for the World No. 2 spot with multiple players. The Estonian has 4476 points, and right behind her is Maria Sakkari with 4190 points.
Fourth in the rankings is Paula Badosa with 4030 points, and behind her Ons Jabeur with 4010 points. Aryna Sabalenka is sixth with 3267 points, only a little ahead of Jessica Pegula with 3087 points.
The only change in the Top 10 was Garbine Muguruza's move back to number 8 over Danielle Collins, who dropped down to number 9. Neither of those players played last week, as they are resting up for the North American hardcourt swing.
Rounding up the Top 10 is the 2021 US Open champion, Emma Raducanu, who has 2717 points, with a small lead ahead of another teenager, 11th Coco Gauff, with 2647 points.
Irina-Camelie Begu is the biggest mover in the Top 50 this week, jumping up 12 spots to number 33. The biggest mover overall was Bernarda Pera, who won her second career trophy last week in Hamburg, and she moved up 27 spots to number 53.
On the other hand, Naomi Osaka fell by another two places, to 40th in the rankings, three places ahead of Elina Svitolina and two more ahead of Caroline Garcia.
