British tennis star Emma Raducanu will lead a host of top stars in playing at the inaugural Macau Tennis Masters exhibition in December.

It is a six-player indoor hard-court event co-hosted by MGM and IGM in Macao - an autonomous city located on China's south coast. It will be a two-day tournament played during the close season between 2-3, December at Macao East Asian Games Dome.

The mixed tennis tournament has already confirmed five of its six-player lineup as organizers rushed to sign up some of the best tennis stars. Former US Open champion Raducanu (who has Chinese roots) will be joined by Swiss Olympic gold medalist Belinda Bencic as the two WTA star players.

On the ATP side, the two highest-ranked Americans - Taylor Fritz and Frances Tiafoe - will be joined by China's history maker Yibing Wu. Back in February, Wu became the first Chinese man to win an ATP title when he streaked to win the Dallas Open, beating John Isner in a thrilling final. There is still one more spot for an ATP player who has not yet been confirmed.

"We are honored to be part of this major tournament, featuring global stars and champions of some of the biggest titles in the world,"

Ma Iao Iao, Chairman of the Macau Tennis Association

"We warmly welcome the six world-class players competing in our city. The fans at the Macao East Asian Games Dome are expected to create a sensational atmosphere, which will give these exceptional players a warm and memorable moment."

The event's format is expected to feature two men's singles matches and a mixed double match on Day 1, which will be followed by two men's singles matches and one women's singles match on Day 2. Tickets for the tournament will go on sale on August 1 on MGM's official website.
