The best WTA players will want to enjoy one of two WTA 500 grass-court events at the 2023 Berlin Open from June 19th to 25th.
There are not many opportunities for players to collect points on the grass courts but the 2023 Berlin Open is one of them and the entry list reflects that. The majority of the players ranked in the Top 10 will attend the event, including the last year's finalists Ons Jabeur and Belinda Bencic.
The last year's final ended with an injury of the Swiss player and this year, fans will be hoping for a full show in the final. The list of players that can take care of that is very long and it includes two active Grand Slam champion in Aryna Sabalenka and Elena Rybakina.
But the two know that there are many players that can challenge them, especially on grass, which is able of producing surprising results. Jessica Pegula, Caroline Garcia, Coco Gauff, and Daria Kasatkina will all compete.
