Frances Tiafoe has shown how important giving back is to him by making a sizeable donation to a tennis center that played a key role in his development.

The American is known as one of the most personable players on the ATP Tour. That could be seen during a hilarious speech after the Houston Open final that he lost in three sets to Ben Shelton.

However, the respect many have for him is also clear. In fact, Shelton thanked Tiafoe for being an inspiration after the final, which was a lovely moment to witness between the pair.

Recently, the 26-year-old made headlines for a completely different reason. Tiafoe parted ways with coach Diego Moyano after just a few months of working together, which came as a shock after just reaching the final in Houston.

Those events have not stopped the American from losing any perspective. Tiafoe showed this with a recent generous act.

Tiafoe has donated $50,000 to the Junior Tennis Champions' Center in College Park, Maryland, to support the organization's tennis programming. He attended this Center himself as a young player trying to make it.

The recent Houston Open finalist made a very brief statement outlining how much the Junior Tennis Champions' Center means to him and how happy he is to support the organization.

"I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support of everyone at JTCC. It means a lot to me to be able to pay it forward and help the next generation of kids have access to the same opportunities as I did."

It is great to see Tiafoe generously deciding to provide support to other players at the Center. Such acts from established tennis pros provide additional inspiration to the young players trying to make it themselves, which will help develop the great players of the future.
