Nick Kyrgios held a Q&A session on his Instagram account and he let fans know a little bit more about him once again.
The 27-year-old Australian revealed that he would be playing the ATP Masters 1000 event in Paris and also that he will defend the Australian Open doubles titles alongside his partner Thanasi Kokkinakis.
Moreover, Kyrgios confirmed that the Australian duo would travel to Turin for the 2022 ATP Finals. They qualified for the year-end championship in doubles thanks to winning a Grand Slam title in Melbourne, which was the first one for both players.
Part of Kyrgios' Q&A was also related to exhibition matches. The Australian player is one of those who can entertain crowds, and he's also not afraid to settle any off-court dispute on the tennis court.
Recently, Kyrgios accepted an offer from Stefanos Tsitsipas, who challenged him to a "revenge match," and it seems that the Australian likes to play exhibition events lately.
He will also play an exhibition with Gael Monfils and suggested Carlos Alcaraz to play one too. One of the fans asked the Australian about a possible match with the Spaniard: "Are you excited to have a match against Alcaraz?"
Kyrgios responded to that question, saying that he's ready to take on Alcaraz in an exhibition match in Spain. It's clear that the Australian's motives behind playing exhibition matches also include financial gains, as he added plenty of emojis with bags of money to his response, which read:
"I'm always ready. Carlos Alcaraz let's get a big match in Spain going."
Despite being interested in playing exhibition matches, it seems to really matter who the Australian would face. When he was asked about taking on Bernard Tomic, who he had a heated exchange with recently, Kyrgios answered:
"To be honest don't think I wanna make him relevant anymore. I'm not gonna bother with someone 800 in the world. But all the best."
