Nick Kyrgios is having a great season so far when he won already four titles in 2022, one in singles and three in doubles.

The 27-years-old Australian is showing this year how versatile player he is and that he can play both singles and also doubles very well. He showed it already at the 2022 Australian Open when he lifted his maiden Grand Slam title in doubles with Thanasi Kokkinakis, but he added two more in Atlanta and Washington.

The only singles title that Nick Kyrgios won this year came in Washington, the same place where he triumphed last time in 2019. Thanks to his solid performances, the Australian is doing also very well in the ATP Race.

In the doubles ATP Race, he's currently ranked 6th alongside Thanasi Kokkinakis and it seems very likely that the pairing will qualify for the ATP Finals in Torino.

It's not secret that Kyrgios misses 1200 points from Wimbledon, that would put him to the 9th place of the ATP Race in singles, but currently, he sits on the 20th position. Yet, with his current form it's quite probable that he will be able to reach the Top 8.

Alexander Zverev and Novak Djokovic are both ahead of him and most probably, none of them will compete in Cincinnati and at the US Open. If Kyrgios earns enough points and qualifies for the ATP Finals also in singles, he will become the first person to do so since Emilio Sanchez in 1990.

Moreover, if he wins both events, he will become only second person in history to do so as John McEnroe is the only player in history to win ATP Finals in singles and doubles.
