On Sunday, Ashleigh Barty got one of her country's highest honors, and the next day, she had some fun on a water slide in a nationally televised event to raise money for charity.

On Monday, Ashleigh Barty took part in the ninth edition of The Big Freeze, in which celebrities dress up and go down a water slide into an icy pool to raise awareness and cash for MND research. The Aussie landed in the freezing water dressed as Rafiki from "The Lion King," hoisting a plush Simba into the air before the Australian rules football match between Collingwood and Melbourne.

"I hoped I performed a little bit better on the tennis court, but this is just the most beautiful day for the right reasons," Barty said after finishing her descent.

"I don't know if I'm happy or disappointed that I've seen my own footage," she said afterwards. "Because it wasn't pretty, was it? I had to start off holding it. And then I said, the moment is about Simba."

"It's not about me, it's about Simba. It's not about Rafiki." Seeing herself take off the costume, she said: "That's elegant. That right there is elegant. And then, this is Simba's moment. It's the iconic moment from the movie."
