Venus Williams is set to release another book, with a particular focus on health and wellness.

The older of the Williams sisters has enjoyed a legendary career, and incredibly, the seven-time Grand Slam champion is still not retired. At the age of 43, she continues to compete at some events on the WTA Tour.

The latest example of this was at the Miami Open. Williams lost to Diana Shnaider to remain winless in 2024, although she did fight admirably for long periods against her much younger opponent in front of a supportive home crowd.

However, some oppose Williams receiving wildcards to events, feeling they should go to younger players. But Caroline Wozniacki has dismissed this opinion. The Dane says Williams has earned the right to do what she wants.

It has now come to light that the American has also been busy off-court. Williams exclusively announced to People that she is releasing a book called STRIVE. She detailed what the book will be about.

"As an athlete, I know the perseverance and consistency it takes to accomplish your goals and get true results. With STRIVE, my goal is to share the tips and tricks that helped me in my own personal wellness and nutrition journey."

Williams also mentioned that the tools she shares in the book helped her not to burn out while attempting to manage the lifestyle that a player has to follow, which can be challenging.

"These are the tools that kept me from burning out on a lifestyle that I wanted and believed in, a lifestyle that helped me feel confident, powerful and capable."

The five-time Wimbledon champion announced the day after her announcement that the book was now available to pre-order. It will undoubtedly receive a lot of attention after Williams' immense contribution to the sport.
