The current dominance of Iga Swiatek on the WTA Tour is unmatched and it will be very difficult to ever match it.

In the past, the tennis world witnessed the greatness and dominance of Serena Williams, but what Iga Swiatek is capable of doing is really incredible, and she keeps pushing the limits every week.

Currently, the young Pole competes at the 2023 Qatar Open, which is a WTA 500 event in Doha, and on her way to the final of the tournament, she lost only two games.

As the first-seeded player, Swiatek received a bye in the first round of the 2023 Qatar Open before destroying Danielle Collins in the second round, 6-0, 6-1.

Then, Belinda Bencic withdrew from their quarter-final meeting, and based on Swiatek's results, it may have been a very smart move by the Swiss player.

In the semi-finals of the event played at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex, Swiatek took on the eighth-seeded Veronika Kudermetova, who knocked out Coco Gauff in the previous round.

The young Pole started the match in a super dominant style once again. Against Collins, she lost only four points in the first set. This time, she lost seven but never allowed her opponent to even think about winning a single game.

In only 25 minutes, Swiatek took the first set, winning it 6-0. Kudermetova avoided a 6-0, 6-0 loss early in the second set as she held her first service game.

But then, the WTA World No. 1 player dominated every game once again and ended the match before the match clock reached one hour once again.

Swiatek won 6-0, 6-1 in 57 minutes, which means that she reached the final of the tournament in Doha while losing only two games in the process, which is unheard of.

In the final, she will take on the second-seeded Jessica Pegula. The American defeated many good players on her way to the final, such as Jelena Ostapenko and Maria Sakkari.
