Serena Williams is set to play the last tournament of her career and there are a lot of speculations about how well she can do at the 2022 US Open.

In 1999, 17-years-old Serena Williams lifted her first Grand Slam trophy at the US Open, which later became one of her most successful tournaments. The experienced American won 106 matches in Flushing Meadows and won 6 champions' trophies. When speaking to Tennis Infinity recently, former coach of the 23-time Grand Slam champion, Rick Macci talked about what she can do once she comes back, when he said:

"If she wants to do it, she has to fully commit and get in amazing shape. You don't lose the talent, you just lose the fitness. Then you get the confidence back once you start playing matches. She just has to dive in get used to winning and losing. She's probably the best competitor maybe in any women's sport we've ever seen," said Rick Macci.

How, he addressed another question as the 40-years-old American is set to play her last tournament in her career and many asked how far can Serena Williams go at the 2022 US Open. Rick Macci has a simple answer, stating:

"Everybody is asking can Serena Williams win the US OPEN, My answer is she already did 6 times," Rick Macci wrote in a post on Twitter.
